Refund Policy:

A 30-day money back guarantee is offered on all new, unwashed and unused products in original packaging. To qualify for a refund, items must be free of fragrances, visible signs of washing. and be in the same condition as they were received.  For your convenience we offer flat rate and FREE shipping, however the actual shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.  The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return items to Everyday Diapers. The only exception to this would be if your items have not been shipped.
